Construction Administration

Throughout construction, we remain actively engaged—reviewing progress, coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and trades, and resolving details as the work develops to maintain the integrity of the design.

Decorating & Procurement

Furnishings, lighting, carpets, textiles, art, and objects are selected and commissioned from an extensive network of galleries, dealers, artisans, and specialist makers in the United States and abroad. Where the project calls for it, furnishings, lighting, carpets, and millwork are custom-designed by the studio and developed in close collaboration with highly skilled craftspeople and fabricators.

Every selection is considered in relation to the architecture and the larger composition, creating an environment that is individual to the client rather than prescribed by a particular style.

Installation

The project culminates in a carefully orchestrated installation. Furnishings, art, objects, and final details are placed and refined as a complete composition, allowing the client to arrive to a fully realized, move-in-ready interior.
